Distribution of Umm Al Hassam Apartments within 3 months

Ministry of Housing Undersecretary says 95 percent of the work completed

Manama

 Undersecretary of Ministry of Housing Shaikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa said 95 per cent of the work of Umm Al Hassam apartments is completed and its distribution to beneficiaries would begin within 3 months.

 Shaikh Abdullah pointed out that the project is considered as one of the projects that the ministry implemented on AU model, which is among the latest models.

 The apartments have high-quality designs and provide all services and facilities.

 He said the ministry adopted the vertical construction idea to increase the number of beneficiaries and to reduce the number of people on the waiting list.

 He explained the project consists of 128 apartments in four residential buildings. Each apartment has its lounge and sitting room, 5 bedrooms, including a private maid's room, a kitchen, 3 bathrooms and a balcony.

 He added the coming period will witness distribution  of many housing projects   in  various regions of the Kingdom.

 Shaikh Abdullah praised the efforts of supervisors and their keenness in translating the directives of the leadership.

 He thanked  Housing Minister  Basim   Alhamer for his continued support and wise direction to complete housing projects in various governorates of the Kingdom, as planned.
