BIS student excels in JEE Advanced exam

Manoj Subramaniam Sathyanarayanan, a student of Bhavans-Bahrain Indian School (BIS), has achieved a remarkable feat by clearing the prestigious JEE Advanced examination. Manoj is the only student in whole of Bahrain who cracked this tough examination.

Joint Entrance Examination – Advanced (JEE-Advanced), is an academic examination held annually in India that tests the skills and knowledge of the students in Physics, Chemistry and Maths.

Every year, about 1.2 million students appear for the JEE Main exam and the top 10% students who clear the JEE Main are eligible to appear for the JEE Advanced. Considered to be one of the toughest exams in the world, clearing of JEE Advanced is a gateway to get admission in the India’s world renowned IITs.

Manoj is a student of Bhavan’s Bahrain Indian School from its’ very inception in 2014. BIS Directors Mr. Himanshu Verma, Mrs. Ritu Verma and Principal Mr. Saji Jacob congratulated Manoj on his achievement.
