The majority of Bahraini Hajj pilgrims are expected to arrive back in the Kingdom today, Thursday, and tomorrow, Friday, via Bahrain International Airport. Meanwhile, pilgrims who opted to stay two nights in Medina will return via King Fahd International Airport tomorrow, Friday, and Saturday.

A total of 4,625 Bahraini pilgrims participated in this year's Hajj, distributed among 24 campaigns, following the merger of 61 campaigns.

Bahrain International Airport will receive over three flights carrying pilgrims on both Thursday and Friday. A limited number of pilgrims returned earlier this week, on Wednesday, after choosing to shorten their stay to return directly to work. These early returnees numbered 26.

Dammam International Airport and King Fahd Causeway will receive the remaining groups of Bahraini pilgrims who chose to stay two nights in Medina to visit the Al Masjid an Nabawi (Prophet's Mosque). They will return via King Fahd International Airport in Dammam or by bus, depending on their initial travel method to Makkah.

The Civil Aviation Affairs administration is working with all airport entities to ensure a smooth and seamless arrival process for the pilgrims. The Civil Aviation Affairs (CAA) has deployed its members to assist with the arrival procedures, in cooperation with customs, airlines, and airport passport control. Additionally, A team of authorities is prepared to receive the pilgrims and facilitate their procedures.
