HM King transfers Silver Jubilee funds to charity

Under the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Minister of the Royal Court, has announced transferring all budgets allocated by official authorities for the celebrations of the Silver Jubilee of HM the King’s accession to charitable organisations and funds, through the Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF).

This initiative aims to enhance community partnership and highlight the contributions and role of charitable organisations, funds and official authorities in the Kingdom in advancing the community. The minister added that the annual celebrations of the Kingdom’s national days, the anniversary of His Majesty the King’s Accession, and the accompanying national events will continue to be held.

His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, HM the King’s Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, hailed the efforts of His Majesty, the Honorary President of RHF, and initiatives aimed at supporting charitable and humanitarian work within the Kingdom.

Community Partnership

HH Shaikh Nasser also emphasised the importance of the royal directive in strengthening community partnership in the Kingdom. He highlighted the continuous contributions made by official entities towards community development.

HH Shaikh Nasser commended the support of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, towards humanitarian work in the kingdom.
