Bahrain Philharmonic Orchestra delivers a night of animated music at Bahrain National Theatre

The Bahrain Philharmonic Orchestra presented a captivating concert titled "Animated Music" at the Bahrain National Theatre, under the baton of Maestro Dr. Mubarak Najem. The orchestra performed well known tunes from internationally acclaimed animated films and series.
The programme featured soundtracks from both modern and classic cartoons, evoking nostalgia and creating an atmosphere of joy and familiarity for the audience, reminiscent of the days when animated shows were a staple of family entertainment.
Founded in 2022 by Maestro Dr. Mubarak Najem, who also leads the Police Band and established the Bahrain Music Institute, the Bahrain Philharmonic Orchestra signifies a new era in Bahrain’s musical scene. The orchestra includes over 100 musicians and choir members.
Supported by the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities, this project is part of the government’s ongoing commitment to arts, reflecting the kingdom's cultural identity and heritage. It also highlights Bahrain's dedication to positioning itself as a cultural hub that welcomes various forms of artistic expression.
