Burglar's Crimes Extend Beyond Homes, Include Mosque Theft

A man involved in a series of burglaries has been arrested following the use of meticulous investigations and the deployment of specialised security teams who identified commonalities and specific markers linking the burglaries, revealed the General Directorate of Criminal Investigations and Forensics.
The Directorate announced on Saturday the arrest of the 38-year-old man for his involvement in a series of home thefts.
The suspect, according to newly released information, is not only accused of stealing from homes and vehicles, but also from a mosque, where he is alleged to have stolen a light fixture.
The suspect is also believed to have broken into an apartment, stealing clothes and vandalising the property. Furthermore, he is accused of entering a home, locking the door behind him, and then stealing the owner's car.
The suspect is also linked to a burglary in which he stole items worth approximately 10,000 dinars from a residence, followed by the theft of a car in Tubli. The car owner was unable to apprehend the suspect.
