BTEA unveils fun-filled Bahrain Toy Festival

The Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority (BTEA) has announced the launch of the Bahrain Toy Festival, in strategic partnership with Al Dana Amphitheatre and collaboration with Spacetoon.
The event will be held at Exhibition World Bahrain. As the first and largest festival of its kind, the Bahrain Toy Festival will be part of the Bahrain Summer Festival 2024.
It is scheduled to run from today lasting for five weeks, featuring top international toys brands and a variety of activities and entertainment events.
Her Excellency Sarah Buhijji, CEO of the BTEA, emphasized that the festival aligns with the Authority’s commitment to diversifying the tourism offerings.
This initiative is part of the broader effort to position the Kingdom of Bahrain as a leading tourist destination, consistent with the objectives of Bahrain’s Tourism Strategy for 2022-2026.

H.E. Buhijji mentioned that BTEA team, in collaboration with Spacetoon, is dedicated to providing an integrated and unprecedented experience for festival visitors.
In addition to the huge toys collection, the festival will feature numerous events, entertainment programs, and musical performances, ensuring that families and children can enjoy a variety of summer activities within the Kingdom of Bahrain.
“The festival is anticipated to attract a large public turnout, offering attendees the chance to explore a wide range of toys and iconic characters from over 20 leading international brands.
Each brand brings its unique appeal, catering to diverse tastes and interests.
In addition to these offerings, the festival will feature exciting activities, shows, and interactive games,” H.E. Buhijji commented.
The Bahrain Toy Festival will be open to the public daily from 2pm to 10pm on weekdays, and from 12noon to 10pm on weekends.
The festival will feature entertainment corners inspired by major brands such as Blebby, Blueway, Hot Wheels, Cocomelon, Disney Princesses, Happy Cappy, Marvel, and Miraculous, among others.
