Three Teenagers Arrested for Robbery and Assault in Zallaq

The Southern Governorate Police Directorate has arrested three individuals, aged between 16 and 18, for assaulting a driver and robbing him of cash in the Zallaq area, a statement from the Ministry of Interior revealed.
The incident, as per the statement, occurred when the victim was driving his vehicle. The suspects, who were identified through a swift investigation, allegedly approached the victim and assaulted him, forcing him to hand over a sum of money.
The police, upon receiving the report, immediately initiated an investigation, gathering evidence and identifying the suspects. Within 24 hours of the report, the suspects were nabbed. The necessary legal procedures have been initiated, and the case has been referred to the Public Prosecution.
