Routes World 2024: Global aviation leaders to converge in Bahrain

Bahrain Airport Company (BAC) is gearing up to host Routes World 2024, set to take place from October 6th to 8th, 2024, at the World Exhibition Bahrain.

Routes World 2024 is a premier gathering for global aviation industry leaders, facilitating strategic networking and partnerships.

This prestigious event will gather key stakeholders from the aviation industry, including airlines, airports, and tourism authorities.

As part of its commitment as host, BAC has issued a tender document calling for proposals to manage city and airport branding activities aimed at promoting and showcasing the event to an estimated 2,500 visitors.

The selected agency will oversee the booking and production of Out Of House (OOH) branding across the city and at the airport.

Additionally, the agency will be responsible for setting up dedicated personnel desks at 10 designated hotels accommodating event guests.

The branding activities are scheduled to commence from October 2nd and conclude on October 9th, 2024.

nterested agencies have been invited to submit their proposals by 22nd of this month, with BAC expected to announce the selected agency shortly thereafter.
