Second Almond festival celebrates success

Dr. Khalid Ahmed Hassan, the Undersecretary for Agriculture and Animal Resources Affairs at the Ministry of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture, confirmed that the second edition of the Almond Festival has achieved remarkable success in supporting local products and promoting Bahraini fruits.
He mentioned that the Ministry plans to add this festival to the list of annual events in Bahrain, highlighting its importance alongside the achievements of the Farmers Market in recent years.
The second edition of the Almond Festival, which lasted for three days, saw a large turnout of citizens, residents, and visitors. The event featured the participation of 13 farmers, 5 nurseries, and several productive families.
