Assigned by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, His Highness Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, the Advisor to HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, conveyed the condolences of HM the King and HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, and Prime Minister, on the passing of the late Sheikh Ali Abdullah Al Salem Al Mubarak Al Sabah, to the Amir of Kuwait, His Highness Sheikh Meshal Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah.
