AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation launches Second Season of “Ithra 1”

The AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation (MKF) has launched the second season of its “Ithra 1” Youth Enrichment Programme, designed specifically for children aged 10 to 12. The programme’s second phase commenced in early July 2024 with nearly 40 participants. “Ithra 1” aims to provide a dynamic learning experience through engaging activities and workshops covering a variety of topics.
These activities are intended to foster self-discovery and personal development among the participants. Practical workshops, field trips, stimulating challenges, team-building camps, and a dedicated sports day are among the programme’s offerings.
Additionally, arts and crafts activities, as well as lessons on practical etiquette and good behaviour, form integral parts of the curriculum. The programme concludes with final projects that allow participants to showcase their acquired knowledge and skills. Graduates of “Ithra 1” can look forward to continuing their educational journey in the Ithra 2 programme next year, catering to the age group of 13-15 years.
