Bilaj Al Jazayer Secures Funding for Major Hospitality and Infrastructure Projects

Bilaj Al Jazayer Real Estate Development Company has secured a contract through the Tender Board to provide funding for hospitality and infrastructure projects in the Bilaj Al Jazayer development. The contract, valued at 40,000,000 dinars, was awarded to Khaleeji Bank.

Bilaj Al Jazayer, located on the southwestern coast of Bahrain, is set to transform the Kingdom's tourism landscape. The project, developed in collaboration with leading investors and strategic partners, spans 1.3 million square meters and will create a sustainable, multi-use coastal city focused on integrated healthy living on the waterfront.

The project will feature luxury resorts, upscale residential apartments and villas, food and beverage outlets, administrative offices, recreational facilities, and retail areas. It will also boast a stunning three-kilometer beachfront along Bahrain's western coast.

The secured funding will be crucial in supporting the development of these key components, paving the way for a thriving and multifaceted coastal destination. This project is anticipated to attract significant investment and contribute to Bahrain's economic growth, particularly in the tourism sector.
