The Electricity and Water Authority (EWA) has announced the complete restoration of its call centre services, resuming 24/7 phone support for subscribers.
Earlier today, EWA faced a technical issue that disrupted its call centre operations. The authority quickly informed the public via its social media channels, advising the use of alternative methods temporarily until the technical fault was resolved.
