Education Minister chairs ISF Gymnasiade Bahrain 2024 meeting

The Supreme Committee for Organizing the 2024 School Games held its regular meeting under the chairmanship of His Excellency Dr. Mohammed bin Mubarak Juma, Minister of Education, and in the presence of Dr. Abdul Rahman Sadiq Askar, CEO of the General Sports Authority, members of the committee and those invited to the meeting.
At the beginning of the meeting, His Excellency the Minister praised the follow-up and interest of His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, Chairman of the General Sports Authority and Chairman of the Bahrain Olympic Committee for the work of the committee, stressing His Highness’s directives on the importance of the success of hosting the school games, and that it be in an honorable manner that reflects the status of The Kingdom of Bahrain organizes and hosts tournaments.
During the meeting, a number of offers submitted by specialized companies regarding the opening ceremony were reviewed, and the organizational preparations being made by the Executive Committee were followed up through the specialized teams formed by the Supreme Committee to meet the requirements for hosting this international event.
