Fire engulfs apartment in Isa Town, no injuries

Residents in Isa Town experienced tense moments yesterday as a fire broke out in an apartment within a multi-storey building.
First responders at the scene said they saw smoke billowing out of the windows, adding to the chaos of the scene.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported, thanks to the swift action of Civil Defence officials who quickly extinguished the blaze, bringing relief to nearby residents.
As the fire team worked to bring the fire under control, police cordoned off the area. Swiftly, as a precaution, rescue officers evacuated all the residents from the building.
The extent of the damage has yet to be determined. An investigation into the exact cause of the fire is ongoing. However, initial reports suggest negligence as a possible cause.
