Lawmakers hail His Majesty King on McLaren’s success

Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh, Chairman of the Shura Council, and Ahmed bin Salman Al Musallam, Speaker of the Council of Representatives, extended their congratulations to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa following the McLaren team’s impressive performance at the Hungarian Grand Prix, where they secured first and second places.

The Chairman praised the team’s superior performance and outstanding capabilities, attributing their success to the supreme patronage of His Majesty the King.

Speaker Ahmed bin Salman Al Musallam highlighted that this achievement adds to Bahrain’s growing success in the sports sector, particularly in motor racing, under the royal patronage of His Majesty and the ongoing support and interest from His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.

Both leaders also congratulated His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, acknowledging his efforts to elevate Bahrain’s status in local, regional, and international sports.

They emphasized that this victory reinforces Bahrain’s prominent global presence in motorsports. In addition, they extended their congratulations to His Excellency Sheikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy and Chairman of the Board of Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company, noting that this international success enhances Bahrain’s prestige in the motorsports arena.
