The Civil Service Bureau has embarked on a plan to offer 15 training courses for human resources employees within the government sector, which will continue until the year's end. This initiative aims to deepen understanding of the laws and regulations governing the civil service, reflecting the bureau's ongoing effort to improve governmental operations and raise performance standards. It also seeks to increase awareness among human resources staff across all government entities.

SH. Rana A.Rahman Mohamed Al Khalifa, Director General of Human Resources Development & Performance Management, announced that the bureau has introduced a new system for training government employees, based on specific guidelines. A key aspect of this system is the formation of a training committee within each governmental body, composed of experts in human resources planning and development. This committee is responsible for ensuring equal training and study opportunities for all employees, identifying training needs based on career development paths, performance evaluation reports, and the allocated annual budget, in line with the state's overall policy.

Shaikha Rana also emphasised the importance of continually involving government sector employees in appropriate and ongoing training courses to improve their chances of professional growth and advancement, in line with civil service systems and available resources. This initiative aims to enhance the quality of governmental work, ensuring that civil service employees deliver high-quality services with the utmost efficiency, ultimately benefiting the public and serving the common good.
