A case involving a workplace dispute over snoring has taken an unexpected turn, with the victim dropping his charges against his roommate. However, the Court scheduled a new hearing for August 12th, 2024, to announce its verdict.

The incident occurred in February 2024, when the victim reported that his roommate's loud snoring was disrupting his sleep. He confronted the roommate, requesting him to lower his noise level or seek medical attention.

The roommate became enraged and punched the victim in the face, causing him to lose some of his teeth. The Public Prosecutor's office confirmed that the roommate admitted to punching the victim during the investigation. A medical report confirmed that the victim's injuries were consistent with being struck by a hard object, resulting in a permanent disability of 2%.

The Public Prosecutor charged the roommate with assault causing permanent disability. However, the victim decided to drop the charges.
