New Committee Established to Address Electoral Crimes

This move aligns with the Public Prosecutor’s objective of guaranteeing fair elections, with the committee members chosen for their relevant expertise. The Public Prosecutor has highlighted the importance of this committee in promptly dealing with electoral offences and related issues.
Decision No. 34 of 2024 is designed to build public confidence in the electoral process and ensure that voters’ preferences are upheld, thereby reinforcing democratic values and political participation.
