HM King and HRH Prince Salman showered with praise over Bahrain’s historic Olympic triumph

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, received cables of congratulations from senior government officials on the occasion of the Kingdom of Bahrain’s success at the Paris 2024 Olympics which includes winning four medals.

They highlighted the significant strides Bahraini sports have made, attributing this progress to the support of HM the King and HRH Prince Salman, which has led to international successes, enhancing Bahrain’s reputation in global competitions. They also commended His Majesty’s and His Royal Highness’ common vision, which continues to inspire and guide the nation’s athletes towards further achievements.

The senior officials also commended the efforts of His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of HM the King for Humanitarian Works and Youth Affairs and Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS), and His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the First Deputy Chairman of the SCYS, Chairman of the General Sports Authority (GSA), and President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC), and their commitment to further advance Bahraini sports to achieve more successes.
