Bahrain and US Strengthen Ties in Space Cooperation

His Excellency Dr Mohammed Ibrahim Al Assiri, Chief Executive of the National Space Science Agency (NSSA), met with Elizabeth Hatting, Acting Deputy Chief of Mission at the US Embassy in Bahrain.
The meeting focused on strengthening cooperation between the two countries in the space sector.
At the beginning, Ms Hatting was given an overview of the NSSA’s work and achievements since its formation.
The discussion touched on ongoing collaboration and explored potential joint projects between the NSSA and US space institutions and research centres.
Hatting expressed her appreciation for the preparations made for the meeting, noting the NSSA's progress on both a national and international level.
She conveyed her interest in further cooperation in space and science to advance mutual goals.
