The Kerala Catholic Association (KCA) in Bahrain extended warm congratulations to Mr. KG Baburajan on meeting His Holiness Pope Francis, one of the world's most powerful people due to the extensive diplomatic, cultural, and spiritual influence of his position on both 1.3 billion Catholics and those outside the Catholic faith.

During his recent visit to the Eternal City as part of a delegation from Sree Narayana Dharma Sanghom Trust Mr. Baburajan along with Swami Veereshwarananda had the honour of meeting and inviting His Holiness to grace the inter-religious meet which is planned to be held in Rome. His Holiness extended his support for the planned inter-religious meet and blessed the delegation for the success of the planned inter-religious meet.

Mr. Baburajan took the opportunity to also thank His Holiness for the historic visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain and for his pivotal leadership in fostering the inter-religious harmony.

The planned inter-religious meet in Rome pays homage to the visionary Sree Narayana Guru. In 1924, Guru convened a historic gathering that transcended religious boundaries—a testament to his belief in unity and shared humanity. Now, a century later, Guru’s followers continue the legacy by organizing a similar event in Rome, celebrating diversity, and promoting peace and religious harmony. Mr. Baburajan has taken a leading role in the conduct of the planned centenary celebrations in Rome. The Centenary celebrations will bring together representatives from various faith traditions.

KCA officials during their meeting with Mr. Baburajan extended full support and congratulated him.
