Tamkeen introduces Whistleblowing Policy and confidential reporting channels

The Labour Fund, Tamkeen, has rolled out a new Whistleblowing Policy as part of its broader efforts to strengthen oversight and transparency The policy is designed to ensure that support reaches those who truly need it, while maintaining high standards of supervision and accountability.
To facilitate the reporting of violations, Tamkeen has launched a dedicated webpage, allowing employees, service providers, business owners, and beneficiaries to submit their concerns securely and confidentially.
This online tool complements the existing hotline and email channels, giving people multiple ways to raise issues in confidence.
Maha Mofeez, CEO of Tamkeen, pointed out the fund’s essential role in Bahrain’s development efforts.
She stressed the need for close collaboration with partners across the board to achieve shared objectives and drive the Kingdom’s progress.
