A new draft law, set to transform the regulations of health professions, is taking shape. This law aims to simplify legal frameworks and incorporate telemedicine.
This legislation will clarify the responsibilities of both individuals and organisations, offering sufficient flexibility to adapt to future changes.
The government has outlined that the law will address various new elements, particularly focusing on telemedicine systems and the necessary regulatory structures.
In a memo to Parliament, the government explained that the proposed law’s comprehensive nature precludes the need for a separate telemedicine statute, as it can readily adapt to new developments.
