A disturbing video lasting three minutes and thirty-eight seconds has recently surfaced on social media, showing a young man with his shirt off pouring gasoline at a gas station while speaking in a manner resembling delirium.
In the footage, a significant amount of gasoline is seen spilled on the ground as the young man sprays it indiscriminately.
Meanwhile, several vehicles can be seen moving behind him, adding to the chaotic scene.
A police officer is seen trying to engage the young man in conversation, speaking calmly and attempting to de-escalate the situation.
According to the Capital Police, the incident occurred two months ago, and the defendant is currently 27 years old.
The officer displayed remarkable patience, employing a conversational approach to understand the young man's behaviour while offering assistance.
However, the situation quickly escalated, resulting in the young man being apprehended and restrained by police officers.
