Bahraini family mourns loss of 2-yr-old daughter in tragic car accident in Hamad Town

A Bahraini family is mourning the loss of their two-year-old daughter, Ruqaya Ali Hassan, who tragically died after falling from a moving car.
The young girl was laid to rest in Karranah Cemetery on Thursday afternoon, amidst a somber atmosphere that enveloped her family and loved ones.
According to the child's uncle, Ruqaya was with her mother in the car when the incident occurred. They were heading to a location near their home when the child attempted to open the car door. She fell out and hit her head on the ground, while the car was traveling near the 19 roundabout in Hamad Town.
The distraught mother immediately rushed Ruqaya to the nearest health centre, from where she was urgently transferred by ambulance to the BDF Hospital in an attempt to save her life. However, the little girl succumbed to her injuries.
The uncle revealed that Ruqaya suffered internal bleeding in the head, and despite the doctors' best efforts, they were unable to control the bleeding.
