Bahrain-Jordan ties continue to flourish

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, highlighted the strength of relations between Bahrain and Jordan.

He noted that bilateral cooperation and coordination continue to flourish under the leadership of both His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein.

HRH Prince Salman emphasised the importance of strengthening relations to achieve shared aspirations.

Meeting His Royal Highness made the statements while meeting yesterday with His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, on the sidelines of the 79th session of the UN General Assembly (UNGA 79) in New York.

The meeting took place during HRH’s leadership of Bahrain’s delegation on behalf of HM King Hamad HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister conveyed the greetings of HM King Hamad to His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein, wishing continued progress and prosperity for Jordan and its citizens.

Greeetings In response, HM King Abdullah II conveyed his greetings to HM King Hamad.

His Royal Highness affirmed the Kingdom’s commitment to enhancing its strategic partnership with Jordan and expanding it to new levels of integration to meet common development goals.

Issues of mutual interest, ways to deepen bilateral cooperation, and key regional and global developments were also discussed during the meeting
