HH Shaikh Khalid Attends Bahrain Tennis Club's 50th Anniversary Celebration

On behalf of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, Chairman of the General Sports Authority, and President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee, attended the Bahrain Tennis Club’s 50th anniversary celebration.
The celebration was also attended by His Highness Shaikh Salman bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Vice President of the General Sports Authority, His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Ali Al Khalifa, Vice President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee, along with several dignitaries, esteemed guests, and invitees.
On this occasion, His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa expressed his sincere gratitude and appreciation to His Majesty the King for His unwavering support for the youth and sports sector, and His generous patronage of various sports, including tennis, which enjoys significant popularity and attention in the Kingdom.
His Highness praised the rich history and long-standing journey of the Bahrain Tennis Club over the past 50 years, highlighting the club’s remarkable contributions and pivotal role in promoting and developing tennis across all levels since its establishment.
He noted that the founding of the club half a century ago was a pioneering step in advancing the sport in Bahrain, contributing to raising the Kingdom’s profile on both the regional and international stages through its numerous programs and events, making it a destination for tennis enthusiasts.
His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa extended his best wishes to the Bahrain Tennis Club for continued progress in the future, reaffirming his commitment to ongoing support for the club to ensure the continuation of its successes and achievements.
