Parliament Speaker Highlights Strong Saudi-Bahraini Ties During Kingdom Visit

Ahmed bin Salman Al Musallam, Speaker of the Parliament, has underscored the deep-rooted historical relations and strong strategic partnership between Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. He emphasized the significant support and attention given to this relationship by the Bahraini and Saudi leaderships.
This came as Al Musallam arrived in Saudi Arabia on Monday with a parliamentary delegation. They were received by Shaikh Dr Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Shaikh, Speaker of the Saudi Shura Council, along with several members and officials from the Bahraini Embassy in Saudi Arabia.
The visit, which concludes on Wednesday, will include a joint parliamentary meeting aimed at strengthening and expanding cooperation between the two countries.
Discussions will focus on furthering bilateral ties and achieving the shared aspirations and interests of both nations.The Bahraini parliamentary delegation includes MP Zainab Abdulameer, Head of the Financial and Economic Affairs Committee; MP Lulwa Al Rumaihi; MP Hassan Bukhammas; MP Waleed Al Doseri; MP Mohammed Al Ma'arefi and Dr Ali Al Nuaimi. The meetings are expected to yield positive outcomes beneficial to both the Bahraini and Saudi peoples.
