HH Shaikh Khalifa bin Salman bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Labor, officially opened the 16th Annual Human Resources Management Conference, organized by Roshcomm. The event brought together international experts in human resources development, including representatives from governmental and private institutions across the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
The conference, now in its 16th year, serves as a key platform for advancing human resources practices and included a series of workshops focused on leadership excellence, administrative organization, and enhancing the performance of institutions. These sessions emphasized the importance of administrative skill development, fostering innovation, and improving employee productivity and excellence.
In his remarks, Shaikh Khalifa praised the contributions of both public and private sectors in bolstering Bahrain’s human capital. He noted that such forums are vital for enhancing the capabilities of the national workforce and positioning Bahrain as a leader in hosting specialized conferences focused on training and human resource development.
The event also provided a platform to showcase pioneering case studies of successful leadership development initiatives, highlighting how strategic HR management has driven institutional success.
During the ceremony, His Highness honored key supporters, participating companies, and speakers, in addition to recognizing institutions and companies that have implemented best practices in human resource development, further underscoring Bahrain's commitment to fostering a dynamic and skilled workforce.
