HRH Prince Salman Praises Kuwait’s Role in Strengthening Bilateral Ties and Gulf Cooperation

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, received today the First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense, and Minister of Interior of the State of Kuwait, His Excellency Sheikh Fahad Yousef Saud Al-Sabah, at Gudaibiya Palace.
HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad highlighted the strength of the longstanding Bahrain-Kuwait relations, which continue to be supported by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the Amir of the State of Kuwait, His Highness Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad conveyed his greetings to the Amir of Kuwait, HH Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Crown Prince of the State of Kuwait, His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah, and the Prime Minister of Kuwait, His Highness Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah.
HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister reaffirmed the Kingdom’s commitment to further strengthening the multisectoral partnership between Bahrain and Kuwait, for the benefit of both nations and their people.
His Royal Highness commended Kuwait’s role in furthering bilateral ties, their efforts to enhance joint Gulf and Arab workstreams, and their honourable stance towards the Kingdom of Bahrain.
During the meeting, the latest regional and international developments, issues of common interest, and ways to further strengthen bilateral relations were discussed.
For his part, the First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense, and Minister of Interior of the State of Kuwait expressed his gratitude for His Royal Highness’s commitment to strengthening the Bahrain-Kuwait bilateral partnership.
The Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Isa bin Salman Education Charitable Trust and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Labour Fund (Tamkeen), His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Minister of Interior, His Excellency General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, and the Minister of Finance and National Economy, His Excellency Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, also attended the meeting.
