His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received Abbas Araghchi, Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and his accompanying delegation at Al Sakhir Palace.
The meeting discussed bilateral cooperation and the latest regional developments, focusing on efforts to de-escalate tensions and reach peaceful solutions.
The meeting was attended by His Highness Shaikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Personal Representative of HM the King; His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Works and Youth Affairs; Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Minister of the Royal Court; and Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs.
