Expat Arrested for Stealing BD 8,800 from Unlocked Car in East Riffa

A 35-year-old expat has been arrested for taking BD 8,800 from a car left running in East Riffa, the Interior Ministry said on Wednesday.
Once the report came in, the Southern Governorate Police began their search, quickly finding and arresting the suspect. It was also uncovered that he had taken number plates from other vehicles.
The case has been passed to the Public Prosecution, with a warning from the police urging people to lock their cars and not leave money or valuables inside.
