HRH Prince Salman highlights growing Bahrain-US strategic partnership

Hi s Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, emphasised the importance of advancing the strategic partnership and multisectoral collaboration between Bahrain and the US to meet mutual aspirations.
HRH Prince Salman was speaking as he met yesterday met with the US Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain, His Excellency Steven C. Bondy, at Sakhir Palace.
The Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Isa bin Salman Education Charitable Trust and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Labour Fund (Tamkeen), His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, and the Minister of Cabinet Affairs, H.E. Hamad bin Faisal Al Malki, also attended the meeting.
HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister affirmed the longstanding Bahrain-US relations, which continue to be strengthened through bilateral agreements, such as the recently signed Comprehensive Security Integration and Prosperity Agreement (C-SIPA).
He highlighted the prominent role of the US, alongside allied countries, in safeguarding security and stability both in the region and globally.
During the meeting, ways to enhance bilateral relations, issues of common interest, and the latest regional and international developments were also discussed.
