New property projects for Capital Municipality

Tall buildings and seafront nurseries will soon reshape the capital after the Capital Municipal Council approved new property projects during its regular meeting yesterday.
The council, led by Engineer Saleh Tarada, met for its fourth session and signed off on several changes to property classifications.
These included reclassifying property number 04061510 in Sanabis, Block 406, for religious purposes.
Buildings
In Hoora, property number 03020977 in Block 318 was reclassified for connected buildings, while property number 06012419 was changed to private residential ‘A’ zoning.
The council also heard from Mr Eyad Faisal, Acting General Manager of Eskan Properties, who outlined several projects set to take shape in the capital.
Among them was the ‘Danat Al Seef’ project in the bustling Seef district, occupying 3,264 square metres and set to rise over twenty storeys, complete with retail shops.
