HRH Prince Salman hails NIHR achievements

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, praised the National Institution for Human Rights (NIHR) for its remarkable efforts and achievements under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. He highlighted how these accomplishments align with the principles laid out in the National Action Charter, the Constitution, and the Kingdom’s laws and legislation, as well as international and regional treaties.
HRH Prince Salman was speaking as he received yesterday the Chairman of the NIHR, Eng. Ali Ahmed Alderazi, at Gudaibiya Palace. During the meeting, His Royal Highness presented the 11th annual report of the NIHR. HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister commended the human rights achievements as part of the Kingdom’s comprehensive development.
Eng. Alderazi expressed his thanks for HRH Prince Salman’s support for the NIHR’s initiatives, which have strengthened the Kingdom’s human rights achievements. The Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Isa bin Salman Educational Charitable Trust, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Labour Fund (Tamkeen), His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, and the Minister of Cabinet Affairs, H.E. Hamad bin Faisal Al Malki, also attended the meeting.
