A young man who started training with a social media influencer’s advertising firm has been left unpaid, without a contract, and found out the company’s business registration had been canceled — leading him to file a lawsuit. Lawyer Taqi Hussain said the plaintiff took the company to court, seeking to force them to provide the contract they should have issued, pay his overdue wages, and compensate him for the delays.
The man explained that he began working at the company, run by the influencer, in September 2022 under a training deal as a video designer. The training was meant to last three months, finishing in November 2022.
