Shura Council Chairman Congratulates Mohammed Al Yamahi on Election as President of the Arab Parliament

His Excellency Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh, Chairman of Bahrain's Shura Council, extended his congratulations to His Excellency Mohammed Ahmed Al Yamahi, a member of the United Arab Emirates' Federal National Council, following his election as President of the Arab Parliament for the fourth legislative term. The election took place during the procedural session held in the Arab Republic of Egypt, where the new President and Vice Presidents of the Arab Parliament were elected.

Chairman Al-Saleh commended Al Yamahi on earning the trust and confidence of his fellow parliamentarians, representing various Arab nations. He noted that this election reflects Al Yamahi’s exemplary leadership skills, vast legislative experience, and clear vision for driving forward the Arab Parliament's objectives in line with the aspirations of the Arab people.

Al-Saleh also highlighted Al Yamahi’s significant role in previous sessions of the Arab Parliament, where he demonstrated a strong commitment to enhancing the parliament's responsibilities and reinforcing Arab parliamentary cooperation on key regional issues. He praised Al Yamahi’s continuous efforts to promote coordination between parliamentary and legislative bodies across Arab countries.
