The Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs (NPRA) has issued more than 10,000 golden residency visas to beneficiaries from 99 countries.
The categories of beneficiaries include elite real estate owners, talented individuals such as artists and athletes, as well as long-serving employees and their families, all of whom met the necessary conditions and standards.
This announcement was made during the Gulf Gateway Forum 2024, hosted in Bahrain for its second edition, featuring participation from senior government officials, business leaders, and executives under the theme “Investing in a Prosperous Region.”
The initiative aligns with the directives of the esteemed government, chaired by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
It aims to develop residency systems within the Kingdom, enhance growth in the economic, investment, and service sectors, and attract skilled individuals, under the oversight of His Excellency Interior Minister Lieutenant-General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa
