Bahrain Traffic Authority Finalizes Preparations for Bahrain International Airshow 2024

As Bahrain prepares to host the highly anticipated Bahrain International Airshow 2024, the General Directorate of Traffic has officially announced that all necessary traffic measures have been completed to ensure the safety and smooth flow of vehicles during the event. The airshow, taking place under the esteemed patronage of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, will be held from November 13 to 15, 2024, and is expected to draw a large number of visitors from around the world.
Brigadier General Sheikh Abdulrahman bin Abdulwahab Al Khalifa, Director General of the General Directorate of Traffic, confirmed that comprehensive traffic plans are in place to secure the international event. Particular attention has been given to managing the movement of large crowds expected to attend and ensuring seamless traffic flow on major routes, including the King Fahd Causeway, one of the main access points for visitors.
To enhance safety and efficiency, traffic patrols will be deployed across key areas, with an emphasis on maintaining a safe and smooth experience for all attendees as they navigate Bahrain’s roads. These measures are aimed at mitigating potential congestion and ensuring timely access to the Bahrain International Airshow.
Brigadier General Sheikh Abdulrahman encouraged drivers heading to the event to strictly follow the instructions provided by the General Directorate of Traffic. He also reminded motorists to remain vigilant, take note of any possible traffic diversions, and adhere to all traffic regulations during the airshow.
With the Bahrain International Airshow 2024 set to be a major event in the Kingdom’s calendar, the meticulous traffic preparations highlight Bahrain's dedication to ensuring the event's success and the safety of all participants and visitors.
