HH Staff Commander Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa Meets UK Naval Chief Admiral Sir Ben Key 

His Highness Staff Commander Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa met today with the First Sea Lord and Chief of Naval Staff of the United Kingdom, Admiral Sir Ben Key, at the British Royal Navy headquarters. The meeting comes as part of ongoing efforts to bolster the strategic partnership between Bahrain and the United Kingdom, particularly in military and defense sectors.

HH Staff Commander Shaikh Isa bin Salman reaffirmed Bahrain’s dedication to advancing bilateral relations, under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and with the support of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and Prime Minister. His Highness emphasized Bahrain's focus on working closely with the UK to achieve shared goals and aspirations, building upon their longstanding ties.

During the meeting, His Highness highlighted the pivotal role of the United Kingdom, alongside its allies, in maintaining security and stability at both regional and international levels. The two officials discussed avenues for further enhancing military cooperation and addressed key issues of mutual interest, as well as the latest developments in regional and global security.

The meeting underscores Bahrain’s commitment to fostering close ties with the UK, a relationship built on decades of cooperation in various fields, particularly in defense, as the two nations work together to confront global challenges.
