Hilton properties in Bahrain, including Hilton Bahrain, Hilton Garden Inn Bahrain Bay, Conrad Bahrain Financial Harbour, and the soon-to-open Hilton Bahrain City Centre Hotel & Residences proudly hosted a career fair titled “Hilton Hospitality Unlocked” in collaboration with Vatel Bahrain - International Hospitality School.

The event brought together 47 enthusiastic students, providing them with a unique opportunity to explore potential career paths within the hospitality industry. The diverse lineup of activities included seven interactive booths, each representing different departments within Hilton’s properties.

These booths were designed as games and competitions, allowing students to engage with the various roles in a fun and immersive environment. Participants had the chance to learn about multiple facets of hospitality, including front office operations, food and beverage services, event management, and housekeeping, all while fostering a sense of excitement and camaraderie among peers.

“The ‘Hilton Hospitality Unlocked’ career fair is a testament to Vatel’s shared commitment to developing local talent in the hospitality sector. Collaborating with Hilton allows Vatel Bahrain to provide our students with unique opportunities to engage with industry leaders and explore diverse career paths, equipping them with the skills needed to thrive in a dynamic workforce,” said Shaikh Khaled bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, General Director of Vatel Bahrain.

Malak Raad, Learning and Development Manager of Hilton Bahrain, and Careers at Hilton Live Month Country Champion said, “At Hilton, we believe in nurturing the next generation of hospitality leaders. Events like ‘Hilton Hospitality Unlocked’ not only provide students with valuable insights into our industry but also allow us to showcase the dynamic and rewarding career opportunities available within our hotels.”
