Bahrain to Enhance Police Aviation with Advanced H145 Helicopter

In a significant development at the Bahrain International Airshow (BIAS) 2024, the Ministry of Interior has strengthened its commitment to advancing public safety with the introduction of the H145 multi-role helicopter. This cutting-edge helicopter is designed to enhance Bahrain’s emergency medical services, law enforcement, and public safety operations.
A Letter of Intent was signed on the sidelines of the event by Lieutenant General Adel bin Khalifa Al Fadhel, Deputy Minister of Interior, and Arnaud Montalvo, Airbus Helicopters Vice President for the Middle East and North Africa. The agreement focuses on boosting the technical and technological capabilities of Police Aviation, particularly through the deployment of the H145 helicopter, which is equipped with advanced features tailored for public safety, emergency medical services, and law enforcement.
During the signing, Lieutenant General Al Fadhel emphasized the significance of this initiative, highlighting how these advanced capabilities will elevate the efficiency and effectiveness of Police Aviation operations. He pointed out that the H145’s state-of-the-art mission features would play a crucial role in enhancing the ministry's ability to provide high-quality security services and respond effectively to emergencies.
The partnership marks an important step forward in modernizing Bahrain’s law enforcement and emergency response infrastructure, ensuring that the country remains at the forefront of technological advancements in public safety.
