His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, deputised His Excellency Shaikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister, to attend a reception hosted by the Embassy of Oman in Bahrain yesterday, marking Oman’s 54th National Day.
Upon arrival, Shaikh Khalid bin Abdullah was received by H.E. Faisal bin Hareb Al Busaidi, Ambassador of Oman to Bahrain. He conveyed the congratulations of HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister to His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik of Oman; His Highness Sayyid Fahd bin Mahmoud Al Said, the Omani Deputy Prime Minister for the Council of Ministers; and the Omani people. Shaikh Khalid bin Abdullah highlighted the historical ties between Bahrain and Oman.
