Cityscape Bahrain 2024 Launches with Vision for Growth

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, inaugurated the third edition of Cityscape Bahrain 2024 at Exhibition World Bahrain, reinforcing the Kingdom’s commitment to economic diversification and sustainable growth.

Speaking at the launch, His Royal Highness highlighted the pivotal role of Bahrain’s real estate sector in driving the national economy, supported by robust legislative and regulatory frameworks. These efforts, he noted, align with the Kingdom’s vision of establishing itself as a leading hub for investment and innovation under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.

“Team Bahrain’s creativity and dedication remain the cornerstone of our development journey,” HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad remarked, praising the collective contributions of Bahraini citizens. He underscored the Kingdom’s commitment to leveraging advanced technologies and fostering innovation to enhance the real estate sector’s competitiveness and sustainability.

The Crown Prince and Prime Minister also emphasised the event’s significance as a comprehensive platform showcasing lucrative investment opportunities and advancing Bahrain’s global reputation as a premier destination for international exhibitions and conferences. HRH expressed his appreciation to the event organisers, wishing them continued success.

Sectoral Growth

Chairman of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), His Excellency Engineer Essam bin Abdullah Khalaf, commended the event’s role in positioning Bahrain as a hub for prestigious real estate exhibitions and investments. HE Eng. Khalaf noted that the exhibition reflects the Kingdom’s dedication to fostering an investor-friendly environment and driving economic progress.

“This event facilitates the exchange of expertise, highlights lucrative opportunities, and showcases major real estate projects that enhance the sector’s growth,” HE Eng. Khalaf stated, expressing gratitude for HRH’s patronage of the event.

Event Highlights

Cityscape Bahrain 2024 features over 40 exhibitors, unveiling some of the Kingdom’s most ambitious real estate projects. Running for five days, the exhibition offers a vital platform for developers, investors, and real estate professionals to collaborate and explore new opportunities.

The event also hosts a dedicated real estate conference addressing critical topics such as sustainable development, architectural innovation, and infrastructure design, further bolstering Bahrain’s reputation as a centre for industry expertise.
