Cityscape and Jewellery Arabia inaugurations

Key developers and over 50 exhibitors from Bahrain, the GCC, and beyond have gathered at Exhibition World Bahrain for the much-anticipated Cityscape Bahrain.

Running until November 30th, the event showcases luxury real estate projects, innovative developments, and strategic partnerships shaping Bahrain’s future.

Prominent local exhibitors include Bareeq Al Retaj, Diyar Al Muharraq, Bahrain Marina Development Company, Bahrain Real Estate Investment Company (Edamah), Infracorp, Durrat Al Bahrain, Naseej, Al Areen Holdings, and Kooheji Development.

Notable projects on display range from Durrat Al Bahrain’s Jawharat Al Murjan villas to Kooheji Development’s Onyx Water Garden.

The event also welcomes regional and international players, such as Merlin Real Estate from the UAE, Mardi Water Front LLC from Cyprus, and Robura Real Estate from Georgia, reflecting Bahrain’s growing prominence as a global real estate hub.Exhibitors like Al Janabiyah Gate Real Estate, Carlton Real Estate, and Kingdom Projects W.L.L further enrich the showcase.

Cityscape Bahrain serves as a platform for key partnerships, with developers signing agreements with institutions like Al Salam Bank and Khaleeji Bank to facilitate homeownership and expand financing options. Meanwhile, the Jewellery Arabia and Scent Arabia 2024 exhibition was inaugurated yesterday at Exhibition World Bahrain in Sakhir.
