Tamkeen Opens Applications for the Governance Program in Partnership with EMIC Training and INSEAD

The Labour Fund (Tamkeen) has announced the opening of applications for its prestigious Governance Program, developed in collaboration with EMIC Training and the world-renowned business school INSEAD. This initiative, tailored for Board members and C-Level Executives, aims to equip participants with essential governance skills to navigate challenges in their leadership roles effectively.

This program is part of the broader Executive Leadership Training Initiative, launched by His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Isa bin Salman Education Charitable Trust and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Tamkeen. The initiative underscores Tamkeen’s commitment to nurturing Bahraini talent and fostering leadership excellence.

The Governance Program will deliver in-depth training on critical topics such as corporate governance structuring, board leadership, and adherence to global governance standards. With a focus on equipping Bahraini leaders to serve effectively on boards across diverse sectors, this program reinforces Tamkeen’s role in promoting sustainable growth and enhancing corporate oversight in the Kingdom.
