HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister departs the State of Kuwait returning to the Kingdom of Bahrain

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, departed the State of Kuwait today, returning to the Kingdom of Bahrain after leading Bahrain’s delegation, on behalf of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, at the 45th GCC Summit.

HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad sent a cable of gratitude to the Amir of Kuwait, His Highness Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Crown Prince of the State of Kuwait, His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah, and the Prime Minister of Kuwait, His Highness Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah.

In the cable, His Royal Highness expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to participate in the 45th GCC Summit, on behalf of HM the King, and for the warm welcome extended to HRH and Bahrain’s delegation, highlighting the strength of the longstanding Bahrain-Kuwait relations.

His Royal Highness praised Kuwait’s leadership in ensuring the success of the Summit, recognising it as a significant step toward strengthening joint Gulf collaboration and fulfilling the aspirations of the GCC's people.

HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad extended his best wishes for continued progress and prosperity for the people of Kuwait.

HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad was bid farewell by the Minister of the Amiri Diwan Affairs for the State of Kuwait, His Excellency Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah, as well as several senior officials.
