HM King receives Andalusian horse

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received His Excellency Wael bin Nasser Al Mubarak, Minister of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture, and Francisco Javier Gomez Gonzalez, Manager of the Spanish Riding School of Cordoba, at Al Safriya Palace.
Gonzalez presented HM the King with an Andalusian horse. HM the King expressed appreciation for the gesture, highlighting the beauty of Andalusian horses and their exceptional qualities in dressage competitions.
He emphasised the importance of equestrian sports in strengthening international relations, fostering cultural exchange, and promoting harmony among peoples worldwide.
The minister also presented His Majesty with a model of an Arabian horse, designed by Argentine artist Augusto Daniel Gallo, to mark the Bahrain Animal and Agricultural Production Exhibition, Mara’ee 2024.
Gonzalez expressed gratitude to HM the King for the reception, commending Bahrain’s renowned Arabian horse stables and its achievements in equestrian sports, which have earned the Kingdom many regional and international titles.
